Summary

Circular Breathing

Breath is the foundation of our life, a bridge between body and mind. In this workshop, we will explore in depth Circular Breathing: Raja Pranayama, a method that thousands of years ago was accessible only to ancient kings, enabling them to awaken and fully guide their liberated vital energy.

Andrea Michielan emphasizes that this practice is the most powerful and effective breathing technique he has encountered on his path to expanding consciousness and enhancing people’s quality of life. Through it, we will learn how to train the body to sustain vital energy, expand lung capacity, and develop a deeper awareness of the breathing process.

During the practice, participants lie down in a comfortable position (on their back), which allows the breath to become a vehicle for accessing stored emotions, subconscious patterns, and expanded states of consciousness.

This space is designed so that each participant can approach the technique step by step, in an atmosphere of exploration, calm, and personal discovery.

Note: Please bring a small blanket and a notebook. All other materials will be provided on site.
