The Four Pillars of Resilience
- 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Location: Espai Buit

Summary
"Join this theoretical and practical workshop to explore the four pillars of resilience, a model developed by Dr. Silvia Fernández-Campos.
This model blends ancient wisdom from Buddhist and Hindu contemplative traditions with the latest techniques and research from Positive Psychology. Through concise talks and reflective and interpersonal exercises, you will explore four pillars that can support personal growth and transformation in the face of adversity.
These four pillars are:
1) Equanimous examination of the self and the present situation.
2) Self-compassion in difficult moments
3) Embracing a growth mindset
4) Fostering socio-spiritual transformation.
The final hour features a live dialogue between meditation and compassion instructor Miguel Ruitort and psychologist Silvia Fernández, followed by a Q&A session.
