"This engaging workshop aims to raise children’s awareness about the importance of breathing and its benefits on memory and relaxation.
Neuroscientist Nazareth Castellanos will share a story based on biology, while distiller, Oliver Indri will lead an olfactory experience designed to help children focus their attention through the senses. The session will be beautifully accompanied by soothing handpan music played by Jaume Tugores.
Recommended for children aged 5 to 10.
