Bio

Karma Tenpa

He received the usual ordinations in the Tibetan monastic tradition in India between 2005 and 2007. As an instructor of meditation and Buddhist philosophy, he teaches courses based on Buddhist tradition and contemporary science.

Since 2012, his interest in the intersection of Buddhism and contemporary science has led him to regularly train in Mindfulness and emotional management, the neuroscience of meditation, and in accompanying people in the dying process.

He is the founder of the "Welcome to Your Mind" virtual community. From there, he shares, through various media, teachings on mindfulness and compassion for everyday life. He founded and currently manages the NGO *Growing in Nepal" (creciendoennepal.org), whose activity focuses on accompanying girls and adolescents in Kathmandu, Nepal. providing the necessary resources for their personal growth, education and development.
