"In this in-person children’s workshop, children will explore body awareness through the ancient Chinese art of Qigong, combined with insights from neuroscience.
Together, we will embark on a biological storytelling journey, helping children discover the different parts of their bodies through guided exercises designed to help them connect and perceive each of these areas in a playful and educational way. Using imagination, we will trace how emotions travel through our bodies, fostering a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
This workshop provides a fun and interactive experience that combines wisdom of Eastern traditions with contemporary science, offering kids a holistic understanding of themselves.
This workshop is only for children ages 5 to 10.
