"In this one-and-a-half-hour workshop, Mario Satz will explore LAUGHTER as a pathway to wellbeing.
The philosopher Ficino once wrote that laughter is the light of heaven. Building on this physiological and anthropological foundation, participants will engage in simple Laughter Therapy exercises to discover the roles of the throat, solar plexus, and especially the mind in connection with this universal treasure that is LAUGHTER.
Beyond the release of endorphins, scattered across time and space, laughter carries traces of our first smiles, perhaps not fully recoverable, but still recognisable for what they are: tiny imprints of happiness."
