GRACE AND FORGIVENESS
- Friday, 25 April 2025, from 7:00 to 8:45 PM
- Location: Espai Buit

Summary
"GRACE AND FORGIVENESS
What is grace? Is it a gift, or simply an empty gesture of generosity? As 21st-century humans, do we truly understand what it means to live with gratitude?
Where does grace come from? Could it be that experiencing grace is the path to happiness?
Grace and forgiveness are inseparable. There is a kind of forgiveness that brings psychological relief, but this does not necessarily imply unconditional love nor forgetting. The harm caused or endured cannot and should not be forgotten. To transform forgiveness into genuine freedom and grace, we must connect with the deeper essence of who we are. Only the loving core within us, illuminated by grace, is capable of forgiveness. Grace and forgiveness are experiences rooted in wisdom and compassion."
The event will begin with a talk on the subject, followed by a meditation practice and, if time permits, a brief discussion.
