Summary
"The paradox of human beings is that we only live in the present moment, and yet, this is what most often slips away from us. When we manage to be fully present, Presence itself emerges, pouring into everything we touch and do. We meditate for just a few minutes a day so that we may live the rest of the day fully aware. This opens the door to a new way of living.

About Javier Melloni Ribas
Javier Melloni Ribas (Barcelona, 1962) is a Jesuit, doctor in Theology and holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology. He is a member of Cristianisme i Justícia and the Ignatian Spirituality Group (GEI) of the Southern European Assistance. He specialises in Ignatian Spirituality, interreligious dialogue and comparative mysticism. For over twenty years, he has lived in the Cave of Saint Ignatius (Manresa), where he guides and reflects on the various manifestations of God’s experience. He currently serves as director of the Center for Spirituality.
