Description
This Hatha Yoga class invites us to experience a gentle pace in order to reconnect with the body’s wisdom. Through calm, mindful movement, the practice invites us to observe our breath, our sensations and the habitual patterns that emerge in the postures. Rather than holding the posture, we allow it to hold us.
We practise less from a place of doing and more from a place of being present with what is moving within us.
What we observe on the mat often reflects the way we move through life. This class offers the opportunity to listen — deeply and compassionately — to what we usually overlook.
The classes are accessible to beginners and offer real depth for those with more experience. Everyone is welcome.
*Classes will be taught in Spanish and English.

Johanna Lundström
Johanna has spent over twenty years exploring what it means to be human. Her journey began beyond the practice of yoga — through self-inquiry and a deep curiosity about the innate intelligence that resides within us.
She has over 1,500 hours of training in the Ashtanga yoga tradition and pranayama of the Kaivalyadhama and Sri O.P. Tiwari lineages.
Her classes offer a more unhurried and mindful approach — creating space to listen, feel and connect with oneself through compassion and care.
Johanna has also trained with Dr Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry, a body-centred psychotherapeutic approach, as well as in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Far from being separate disciplines, they form a unified perspective: body, mind and soul as a continuous system, with an innate capacity to reorganise and heal when met with safety, presence and attunement.
Welcome to a space held with clarity, depth and genuine care.
